Refund Policy:
* All cancellations or changes must be sent in writing to info@nogginbuilders.com
* Refunds will be made by the method in which they were originally paid. All credit card refunds will be less a 3% processing fee.
* If Noggin Builders cancels a program due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
*If due to constraints imposed by the state, IDPH, CDC or similar agency, or a decision by Noggin Builders, in-person One Day Camps are not able to be held in-person, they will continue at the same day/time via live video and materials will be made available to all participants. All children enrolled for in-person class/camp will be automatically transferred to the online class/camp, with materials available for pick up. If you wish to cancel for a refund, in this case only, you may do so by emailing info@nogginbuilders.com
* Please note these cancellation policies are in place because Noggin Builders contracts staff and purchases materials based on enrollment at least two weeks prior to a program. Noggin Builders will incur these costs based on your enrollment and cannot change these expenses less than two weeks prior to a program (or four weeks prior to a summer camp).
One Day Camps are fully refundable (less 3% credit card processing fee) up to 2 weeks prior to the date of the camp.
*After 2 weeks until 24 hours prior you will receive a 100% credit which can be used for any future program
*24 hours prior until 2 hours prior you will receive a 80% credit which can be used for any future program
*After 2 hours prior to camp – no refunds or credits will be given
Summer Camp has an option to pay 50% deposit at registration (until March 31); full balance is due by April 1
*Until March 31, you will receive a full refund (minus 3% processing fee)
*From April 1 until 4 weeks prior to your camp start date, you will receive an 80% refund
*From 4 weeks prior to camp until 24 hours prior, you will receive a 50% credit which can be used for any future program
*After 24 hours prior to the start of camp, no refunds or credits will be given
*Summer One Day Camps follow One Day Camp policy (see above).
Weekly Classes are fully refundable (less 3% credit card processing fee) up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of the class. After that date, there are no credits or refunds.
Destination Imagination (DI Team) is non-refundable.

Make-up Policy:
Weekly Class Make-ups: If you contact us in advance of missing class (minimum of 2 hours prior), your child may attend a make-up class within the same session at the appropriate age level. If no such class is available, you will receive a credit for a future session. Limit of one credit issued per class session.
Summer Camp Make-ups: If you contact us in advance of missing a camp day (minimum of 2 hours prior), your child may attend a make-up day at the appropriate age level during the camp season, if there is space available. Camp make-up days do not extend past the summer camp session.
Late Pickup Policy:
By registering for any program at Noggin Builders class, you are committing to picking up your child at the designated end time. If you are late to pick up, the following charge will apply:
First offense: no charge
Second offense: 10 or more minutes late pickup will incur a $10 charge
Third or more offense: 5 or more minutes late pickup will incur a $10 charge
Late pickup charges will be automatically applied to the same credit card which was used for the original registration. If this charge does not go through, you will receive an invoice for the late charge and your child will not be allowed to attend programs at Noggin Builders until the fee is paid.
Birthday Party Policies:
Deposit Refund:
Your deposit is fully refundable for 48-hours after booking (minus a 3% credit card fee). After that time, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to make a change, you may transfer your deposit to another available party date or use your deposit toward any of our STEM classes or camps.
Balance Due:
The total birthday party package is $575 for up to 20 children. You may add additional children, up to 30 maximum, for $15 each. Your balance of $275 + any additional children fees will be automatically charged to your credit used for this registration on the Wednesday prior to your party.
Self-Serve Party Room:
After the party activities, you may use our party room to complete your celebration. You are welcome to bring cake (or other treats of your choice). We will supply tables and chairs; you supply anything else. We recommend you bring tablecloths, plates, napkins, plasticware, water bottles, and any serving utensils needed. Your guests must leave the party room within 15-minutes after the activity end time and you must complete your clean up within15- minutes after the party end time.
Example – 10:30am-12:00pm party
10:30am-11:45am Activities led by Noggin Builders teachers
11:45am-12:00pm Treats in self-serve party room led by you
12:00pm – All guests must leave
12:15pm – Birthday family must leave
* If your time extends past these times, your credit card will be charged $10 per 10 minutes.
* You must remove your own trash from the party tables; large garbage bags will be provided. If you do not clear the tables, a $25 fine will be charged to your credit card.
* You may hang decorations only on the glass windows using blue tape, provided by Noggin Builders. If you attach decorations to other parts of the room or there is any kind of damage to the room, your credit card will be charged $50.

Emergency Medical Authorization and Acceptance of Noggin Builder Policies
Below is the Emergency Medical Authorization and Acceptance of Noggin Builders Policies that you agreed to when you created or updated your account. By registering for a class, camp or party, you continue to accept these policies.
The health information provided is correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. As parent/legal guardian, I hereby give permission for the child(ren) named herein to engage in all program activities. I hereby give permission to Noggin Builders, LLC to provide emergency care and seek emergency medical, surgical, or dental treatment including ordering x-rays or routine tests. I agree to the release of any records necessary for payment, treatment, or insurance purposes. In the event of an emergency, I give permission to Noggin Builders, LLC to arrange necessary related transportation for the child(ren) named herein. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission to the physician/health care provider selected by Noggin Builders, LLC to secure and administer treatment, including hospitalization, for the child(ren) named herein. This completed form may be photocopied, if needed.
I understand that the child(ren) named herein will be participating in programs and activities at Noggin Builders, LLC. I acknowledge that such programs and activities involve inherent risks. I hereby waive, release and forever discharge and indemnify Noggin Builders, LLC and its employees, members, managers, officers, agents, insurers and representatives from any and all claims, damages and causes of action, including attorney’s fees, as a result of the participation by the child(ren) named herein in any activities at or associated with Noggin Builders, LLC.
I give my permission to Noggin Builders, LLC to use any video or photograph that includes the likeness of the child(ren) named herein, in any form or media, for the purpose of marketing or promoting Noggin Builders, LLC and its programs.
