\nYour deposit is fully refundable for 48-hours after booking (minus a 3% credit card fee).\u00a0 After that time, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.\u00a0 If you need to make a change, you may transfer your deposit to another available party date or use your deposit toward any of our STEM classes or camps.<\/p>\n
\nThe total birthday party package is $575 for up to 20 children.\u00a0 You may add additional children, up to 30 maximum, for $15 each.\u00a0 Your balance of $275 + any additional children fees will be automatically charged to your credit used for this registration on the Wednesday prior to your party.<\/p>\n
\nAfter the party activities, you may use our party room to complete your celebration.\u00a0 You are welcome to bring cake (or other treats of your choice).\u00a0 We will supply tables and chairs; you supply anything else.\u00a0 We recommend you bring tablecloths, plates, napkins, plasticware, water bottles, and any serving utensils needed.\u00a0 Your guests must leave the party room within 15-minutes after the activity end time and you must complete your clean up within15- minutes after the party end time.<\/p>\n

Make-Up Classes:<\/h3>\nIf you contact us in advance of missing class, your child will be entitled to a make-up class within the same session at an age appropriate level (subject to availability) up to twice during the session. If there is no other class offered for that age level, we will place a credit in your account for one week of class to be used in a future session.\n
