Create a marble maze, explore symmetry, and let your imagination soar as you design pulley systems and more!\u00a0 EACH WEEK OF LEGO ENGINEERS WILL HAVE DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES!<\/span><\/p>\n Science of Art:<\/strong> Be inspired with unique art projects that are created using science! From color chromatography and paper making to abstract art using chemical reactions and the geometry of origami, STEM skills will be paired with artistic creativity in this camp!<\/span><\/p>\n Green Science:<\/strong> Harness the power of the wind, soar with energy from the sun, and explore<\/span> ways to protect and preserve our planet with fun STEM projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Chemistry:<\/strong> Chemistry: What is the best way to grow crystals? How can we create the biggest volcano eruption? How can a chemical reaction create heat? Campers will answer these\u00a0questions and more through hands-on, exploratory, and messy chemistry experiments all week!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Storybook Contraptions:<\/strong> Storybook Contraptions: Create a wolf-proof transportation system for Little Red Riding Hood’s basket, an elevator so Rapunzel can leave her tower, and a parachute device so Humpty Dumpty lands safely. Our favorite storybook characters will be rescued by the campers as we engineer contraptions to solve their fairy\u00a0tale problems!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Space Voyagers<\/strong>: Blast off to outer space! This week of space themed activities will include exploring the phenomenon of an eclipse, testing how meteors can create craters, designing soaring rockets, and more!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Gadget Design:<\/strong> Use your imagination and your hands to turn your ideas into gadgets! Build engineering skills by making a ball launching device, creating your own spinner toy, and designing an aerodynamic, wind-powered vehicle! Then, combine technology, art, storytelling, and design to create your own mini film! <\/span>EACH WEEK OF SCIENCE OF ART & STOP MOTION WILL HAVE DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES!<\/p>\n Architecture & Engineering: <\/strong>Explore the engineering behind the great structures of our world! Activities include designing daring skyscrapers, building a weight bearing bridge, and experimenting with creating buildings that can move\u00a0with<\/i>an earthquake.\u00a0<\/p>\n LEGO Engineers:<\/strong> Take your LEGO engineering to the next level by incorporating simple and complex machines into LEGO building challenges.
