All other details of the March 7, 2022 update remain in effect.<\/p>\n<p>Isolation and Quarantine:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An individual who tests positive for COVID-19 may not attend in-person for a minimum of 5 days<\/li>\n<li>A mask must be worn while attending in-person on days 6-10 after a positive\u00a0COVID-19 diagnosis.<\/li>\n<li>As always, for any type of illness, individuals must be fever, diarrhea, and vomit free for 24 hours without medication before attending an in-person program.<\/li>\n<li>If an individual who is not fully vaccinated is exposed to a positive\u00a0case of COVID-19, they may not attend in-person for a minimum of 5 days,\u00a0and must wear a mask when attending in-person on days 6-10 after last contact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>UPDATED MARCH 7, 2022<\/strong><br \/>Based on guidance\u00a0from the CDC and IDPH, Noggin Builders will no longer require masks in most\u00a0classes as of\u00a0March 7, 2022.\u00a0 Exceptions of classes which\u00a0<u>will<\/u>\u00a0require masks include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>any class in which\u00a0a teacher or participant\u00a0has a high risk health condition (if your child requires this accommodation, please notify\u00a0us asap)<\/li>\n<li>any class in which any child under the age of 5 is participating<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other details regarding mask policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teachers and participants are welcome to wear masks at any time.<\/li>\n<li>At no time will any teacher or participant be allowed to pressure others to either wear or not wear a mask.<\/li>\n<li>If at any time guidance suggests that masking is essential for the health safety of all teachers\u00a0and participants, Noggin Builders may require masks for a class or individual activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other health safety policies (isolation and quarantine):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An individual who tests positive for COVID-19 may not attend in-person for a minimum of 5 days<\/li>\n<li>A mask must be worn while attending in-person on days 6-10 after a positive\u00a0COVID-19 diagnosis.<\/li>\n<li>As always, for any type of illness, individuals must be fever, diarrhea, and vomit free for 24 hours without medication before attending an in-person program.<\/li>\n<li>If an individual who is not fully vaccinated is exposed to a positive\u00a0case of COVID-19, they may not attend in-person for a minimum of 5 days,\u00a0and must wear a mask when attending in-person on days 6-10 after last contact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All Noggin Builders teachers are fully vaccinated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JUNE 1, 2021<\/strong><br \/><span>Health &amp; Safety Summary<\/span><br \/><span>\u2013 All class sizes will be limited to 12 or less children<\/span><br \/><span>\u2013 Masks will be worn inside the Noggin Builders facility at all times<\/span><br \/><span>\u2013 Social distancing or 3ft+ will be observed as much as possible<\/span><br \/><span>\u2013 Children will be dropped off at the exterior door; only enrolled children will be allowed to enter the facility beyond the vestibule (no adults, siblings)<\/span><br \/><span>\u2013 A touch-free temperature check will be done before entering the facility, and a parent \/ guardian must complete an online health screening prior to child being admitted<\/span><br \/><span>\u2013 Surfaces will be cleaned between each class, according to IDPH guidelines<\/span><br \/><span>\u2013 No food may be eaten in the facility; water bottles are allowed<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_sidebar _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][\/et_pb_sidebar][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Current Health Safety Guidelines &#8211; UPDATED September 1, 2023 General health safety: For any type of illness, individuals must be fever, diarrhea, and vomit free for 24 hours without medication before attending an in-person program.
