Grades K-1st
Super STEM: This camp is jam packed with activities from all areas of STEM. This summer, we will be featuring camper favorites such as discovering what yeast likes to eat, engineering the best zipline, designing marble roller coasters, and creating chemical reactions! EACH WEEK OF SUPER STEM WILL HAVE DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES!
Boom, Pop, Splat!: Is it messy? Does it explode? Be prepared for mess and fun in this camp that includes everything that goes boom, pop, and splat! Projects include activating chemical reactions, comparing slime recipes, and designing the best egg drop contraptions.
LEGO Engineers: Build your engineering skills using LEGO bricks. Create a marble maze, explore symmetry, and let your imagination soar as you design pulley systems and more! EACH WEEK OF LEGO ENGINEERS WILL HAVE DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES!
Science of Art: Be inspired with unique art projects that are created using science! From color chromatography and paper making to abstract art using chemical reactions and the geometry of origami, STEM skills will be paired with artistic creativity in this camp!
Green Science: Harness the power of the wind, soar with energy from the sun, and explore ways to protect and preserve our planet with fun STEM projects.
Chemistry: Chemistry: What is the best way to grow crystals? How can we create the biggest volcano eruption? How can a chemical reaction create heat? Campers will answer these questions and more through hands-on, exploratory, and messy chemistry experiments all week!
Storybook Contraptions: Storybook Contraptions: Create a wolf-proof transportation system for Little Red Riding Hood’s basket, an elevator so Rapunzel can leave her tower, and a parachute device so Humpty Dumpty lands safely. Our favorite storybook characters will be rescued by the campers as we engineer contraptions to solve their fairy tale problems!
Space Voyagers: Blast off to outer space! This week of space themed activities will include exploring the phenomenon of an eclipse, testing how meteors can create craters, designing soaring rockets, and more!
Gadget Design: Use your imagination and your hands to turn your ideas into gadgets! Build engineering skills by making a ball launching device, creating your own spinner toy, and designing an aerodynamic, wind-powered vehicle! Then, use these concepts to create your own inventions.
Grades 2nd-3rd or 4th-5th

Chemistry: Rubber eggs, chemical reaction powered vehicles, and pH testing with red cabbage — these are just a preview of the activities for this camp. Come explore the bubbly, stinky, and sometimes explosive world of chemistry as we experiment and make a mess! EACH WEEK OF CHEMISTRY WILL HAVE DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES!
Gadgets & Circuits: Engineering and creative design are showcased in this camp through open ended projects. Campers will master the basics of building circuits while also exploring assorted engineering concepts. Then, circuitry and engineering will combine for camper-led projects and inventions! EACH WEEK OF GADGETS & CONTRAPTIONS WILL HAVE DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES!
Science of Art with Stop Motion: – In this camp, we’re taking our artistic inspiration from scientific principles and experiments! Mix up your own cold porcelain clay, create 3D structures, paint using chemical reactions, and more. Explore the principles of animation by experimenting with persistence of vision and other techniques. Then, combine technology, art, storytelling, and design to create your own mini film! EACH WEEK OF SCIENCE OF ART & STOP MOTION WILL HAVE DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES!
Architecture & Engineering: Explore the engineering behind the great structures of our world! Activities include designing daring skyscrapers, building a weight bearing bridge, and experimenting with creating buildings that can move withan earthquake.
LEGO Engineers: Take your LEGO engineering to the next level by incorporating simple and complex machines into LEGO building challenges. Campers will utilize higher level LEGO pieces in open ended activities to create structures and contraptions that launch paper airplanes, draw perfect circles, glide down a zipline, and more!
Carnival Contraptions: Build and create some amazing projects all week as you explore different engineering concepts! Wire circuit inventions, catapult duct tape balls, design pulley devices, and create chain reaction machines! Use these skills to work together as a group to create a carnival of mini-attractions and games
Grades 6th-7th
Escape Room Engineers: Are you a fan of the puzzles, mystery, and strategy of escape rooms? So are we! Put your STEM skills to the test and join us for a week of escape room design, from mapping out the game’s puzzles to building the props and contraptions. Each week will have different projects, so you can sign up for both weeks!
Maker Camp: Explore a variety of different skills including using power tools, circuitry, pneumatics, and simple machines. Each camper will be able to select their own open-ended design project to create. Each week will have different projects, so you can sign up for both weeks!
Robotics Camp: (beginner to advanced-beginner level) Design, Build & Drive Robots – Explore the mechanics of robot movement, including drive trains, gear ratios, lever arms, and more. Code Robots – Develop coding skills through robotic coding challenges. This camp uses VEX IQ Robots and Code.
